The wind was very light to non existent particularly during the first race.
Clive Gimson held a healthy lead for most of the first race before being caught
in the last 5 minutes by the chasing enterprises - in a very close finish Karl
and Debbie won just a couple of boat lengths in front of Simmonds / Belcher
with Dave Bridge not far behind in 3rd and Clive Gimson finishing 4th.
Dave Bridge led from start to finish in the next two races with no other boats
getting close to him. The Enterprises had close battles in both these races
with Simmonds / Belcher having the edge in both. The final race saw Joe Clare &
Pete Butcher splitting the Enterprises and finishing strongly in 3rd place.
